Many people ask, Can I apply? This school cannot answer that for your life. Only USCIS can decide. Here are the common rules in plain words. You are usually 18 or older. You usually have a green card. Many people wait 5 years. Some people married to a U.S. citizen wait 3 years. You must live in the United States in the way the law requires. You must show good moral character. You must show you support the Constitution. Most people must know some English and some civics. There are exceptions for some older people and some people with disabilities. Do not guess from a video. Use the official eligibility tool. If your life is not simple, talk to a licensed lawyer or an accredited representative.
