Good moral character is a legal test. I am not a lawyer, so I will only explain the idea. USCIS looks at how you have lived. They look at whether you tell the truth. They look at taxes. They look at whether you support your children if the law says you must. They look at crimes and arrests. Even an old case can matter. Even a case that was dismissed can matter enough to ask about. Lying on the N-400 is its own problem. Hiding a trip, a child, or an arrest is a problem. This video cannot say you are fine or you should not apply. If you have arrests, probation, unpaid taxes, or a complicated past, stop. Talk to a licensed lawyer or accredited representative before you file.
